Acoustics Laboratory of the Polytechnic School of Building of Barcelona (EPSEB)
The Laboratory of Acoustics and Energy Saving, located at the Polytechnic School of Building of Barcelona (EPSEB), carries out research and technology transfer activities in the field of both acoustics and thermal behavior. The Laboratory has equipment for in-situ measurement and subsequent analysis of problems of conditioning and acoustic insulation in buildings, as well as levels of environmental noise, activities and vibrations. Regarding the analysis and characterization of materials, there is equipment for small-scale testing (impedance tube).

- In-situ sound absorption equipment using PU probe. Brand: Microflown Technologies
- TESTO 435 multifunction equipment, equipped with IAQ probes, air speed and thermal transmittance.
- GUIDE D-160 thermographic camera
