Underwater Observatory - OBSEA (SARTI)

OBSEA is a wired underwater observatory at a depth of 20 m, 4 km from the coast of Vilanova i la Geltrú, in a protected fishing area. It is connected to the coast by a mixed power and communications cable: www.obsea.es

- An optical Ethernet network transmits data continuously from marine sensors connected to the observer
